So four straight days of 60+ minute exercise and following my eating plan made a difference in my weight loss. It's like... science or something. I tend not to weigh myself on the weekend so the differential was quite a surprise this morning. Makes me feel motivated and relieved. Whew. Stick to it, girlfriend

I feel like I've hit a wall. After a depressing visit to the podiatrist last month (heel spurs), per doctors orders I have switched my cardio to low impact elliptical and bike. The workouts have been kicking my ass and I really thought I'd see it on the scale, but alas no. Instead I've had several weeks in a row of 1 pound losses (ugh!), but curiously enough I've noticeably shrunk. Had a doctors visit today and she is totally pleased with my progress, eating, labs and movement. I'll just keep going and hope everything evens out.

Wow, Gwen, this came at just the right time for me! I need a kick in the ass. My eating over the last few days has been slightly out of control. Which is weird because I am 3 weeks away from plastics and should be getting to the lowest ever weight. Seeing all of the success right here is just the kick in the ass I need!
