When I first came in here I was at 68 BMI now I'm at 56 :)
I started my journey with the first seminar back In Feb. I started dieting, walking, drinking water..lost 40ish pounds. Had surgery 9 nine days ago. I'm down 16 more pounds. My BMI is down, I'm so excited, I love my sleeve. Its the best thing I have ever done for myself. I cant wait for what my future holds. You all have been such an inspiration and have calmed so many of my fears I have had. AND I still need yall.
Awesome!! Keep following your plan and remember stalls do happen to most of us along the way. The mental part is the hardest.
My favorite quote on my journey has always been "A journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step." I have a ring with that quote and is is my anchor. I twist it on my finger when I forget how far I have come.
