Monday Weigh In
What a week I've had. I started running - I'm working up to be able to start the actual couch to 5k program. I signed up for my first 5k in October and paid my race fees! I'm super excited. This is a life I never even dreamed of living.

This week - 251.2
2.6 pounds down and I'm so close to 250!

down 5.6 after about 2 weeks of SLOW movement. I really am a stair step loser. I get a few weeks of no movement, then drop about 6 pounds, then another few weeks of nothing...then drop again fast. However it happens, it still gets lower over time!
