Hi all! I have to admit this wasn't a great week for me. I had to lighten up on exercise due to brain injury symptoms. I also had hunger a lot-which led me to eat more veggies and overfill to the point of foam ones and vomiting several times. And-the worst-I wasn't diligent about meeting my protein goals. So-back on track this week.

Somehow mid-week I had a 6 pound gain. WTF????? I had not done anything differently. 2 days later it was gone. I am used to 1-2 pound fluctuations but have never had a 6 pound overnight gain in the past 5.75 years. I'll admit I panicked for a minute

I'm sorry you had a hard week, GingerJen.  I hope this week is better.  I'm having a hard time with veggies right now too since it's the market season and fresh veggies are SO GOOD.  I want to eat them all, but I can't!  

I had an awesome experience at the gym this morning - the owner approached me and complimented my weight loss!  Totally awesome and sweet :D

Greetings All:-),

Not a bad week over all.  I uploaded a photo grid to my profile.  Feel free to check it out.  Red shirt with Gbaby is the latest this week at 167.25.  So, a fine week over all. 

I also learned, through thrift shopping last week, that I wear a sz 6 in misses and a 7/8 in jrs.  Got thrown for another loop in the dressing room. Also tooke me a few days to figure this out lol.

Carol...I have to say GO YOU!!!!!  Im truly happy for you and your successes...sv and nsv.  Keep doing you!

Im 7.25 away from my goal tho Im thinking an additional 5 more to give a tad of cushion.  We shall see how it goes.

I had set a mini-goal to lose at least 10 pounds in Month 3 (being realistic that things are going to slow down soon) and I have hit that goal with a 5 days to spare - so now I am hoping for a 13 pound loss. 

Weekends are the hardest...living with a non-compliant obese type 2 diabetic and a 2yo and 3.5yo is hard.  They want crap, and eat crap if available so I am on healthy food patrol on my own on the weekends (and weeknights too).  It is hard.  I slip on the weekends and eat off-plan and then regain control on the weekdays when life is more structured.  I need to get a handle on the weekend eating or it will be my demise.
