Great post - was just talking about this with a friend yesterday. She was urging me to do something special to celebrate my 1-month surgiversary (today) but I couldn't think of anything. You are right on about the margaritas and calories though! We need non-food celebrations.

The Pandora bracelet + a new charm with each milestone is a lovely idea! I have always wanted one of those. And I am looking forward to a massage in a few weeks.
