Since our intrepid Cappy/Carol is currently on a cruise, I figure I'll go ahead and post the Monday Weigh In thread.  I hope you all are having really fantastic weeks so far.  This is the first week I'll be adding fitness classes into my life!  The local community college has Tai Chi, Pilates, and Yoga classes during the day and you can take as many as you want without having to sign up for individual classes.  So it's $142 for the four months of the summer which seems like an awesome deal to me.  This week I'll be trying out Tai Chi and Pilates.

4.4 pounds lost!  Trendweight says I'm averaging 3.6/week which seems totally awesome to me.  I love my new life.

Awesome. I love fitness classes, too. I have gotten out of the habit but will get back on track over the summer. Only 22 class days left!!

Highest Weight: 339

Goal Weight: 140

Today: 138

I think my fall/winter weight is 143 and my spring/summer weight is 138. That's what my body seems to gravitate towards the past few years.
