I'm still waiting on my surgery date....I pray they tell me this coming week.  I started out at 68.5 BMI...today its 64.  I'm so happy with that and so is my knees.  I love the encouragement and inspiration I get on this site.  It helps me to stay focused and on track.  I have been day dreaming of all the stuff I plan on doing that I cant do now because of my weight.  I have been so much more active (as much as my knees allow)  But mentally and emotionally I"m doing amazing.  I hope you all are having a wonderful beautiful day and keep being losers!

Hang in there. I was not able to lose anything while I was waiting for surgery. I needed the surgery to be successful.

Focus on making healthy choices right now. Try to limit your portion sizes because a lower weight will make surgery easier for your surgeons, but do not stress about it.

Wow good for you! I hope a date comes through for you too :)

What shall I return to the Lord for all his bounty to me?

I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the Lord,  I will pay my vows to the Lord in the presence of all his people. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his faithful ones.

O Lord, I am your servant; I am your servant, the child of your serving girl. You have loosed my bonds. -- Psalm 116:12-16
