Goal #2!
Today I weighed at 271 which means I've lost 25% of my excess weight! Yay rah!
My next goal will be swift, since it's 269 for a total of 50 pounds down. But the goal after that is 260 - my license weight!

I figure when I reach my license weight it'll be the lowest my weight has ever been while living in the state of MD as an adult. That's pretty awesome :)

I loved having small goals along the way. The whole picture was a bit overwhelming for me. Small goals kept me sane.
