I have a billion (well, maybe 10) goals on the way to my ultimate goal and today I reached my first one! I'm no longer Super Obese, I'm now just Extremely Obese! Yay rah!
My next goal is 25% extra weight lost.

Thanks! I figured mini goals would serve me well than just focusing on my ULTIMATE GOAL all the time. Lots of little successes :)

Awesome!! Slow and steady wins the race. I had a similar starting weight as you. At times it seemed to go by soooooo slowly but now I have been at goal over 4 years. You will get there!!
