So happy for you. No magical transformation happens when you see that little "1" in front of your weight but man, I know it has to feel good!! Awesome, Carol!! Celebrate and be super proud!!
Weight has been kind to me this week... lol

Lost 2.2 last week! Very happy with that! My weight loss has definitely become more stairstep the closer I get to goal. I have been better about weighing less, especially during the week. If I don't lose on a weekday, it's alot harder to deal with than on the weekend. LOL So Tuesday - Friday, I try not to weigh and that's been working well. Keeps me from freaking out when I don't see the scale move every day!
