NO, I have never taken formal measurements - meaning taking the same measurements and writing them down. The last time I used the measuring tape I noticed it seemed smaller, but because I'm a dummy that has never written anything down, I really couldn'ts ay for sure. One of my biggest regrets!! ugh!!

Take your measurements right now!! At least bust, waist, and hips. It's only painful the first time...lol.

You are probably losing inches een when you are not losing on the scale.

It's so frustrating when you know you are doing everything right and not seeing the results.  I read your post where you were talking about your scale obsession with the therapist.  It's so hard not to transfer one addiction for another.  I know to some "balance" and "moderation" are curse words to food obsessed people but that's what I have to try and live by.  I know my obsession with food will eventually rear it's ugly head if I totally deny it.  Keep working with your therapist to try and find a good balance so that you are aware and continue your weight loss.  Like you said, you know you aren't really gaining weight but I know it's hard to think logically when the scale is being a brat. :-)

Nikke- you look so amazing! And you are tall. The last time I lost a lot of weight, I pushed so hard to keep going down that I failed to see that I was at a good weight. That led to frustration and I flipped to the "nothing" side of all or nothing thinking and gained 150 lbs. also, as we get smaller I think muscle is key for metabolism. Weight training and eating enough calories to keep that muscle.

Hang in there. Numbers can be dumb. And they don't define you
