I am looking for suggestions for a good meal replacement shake.  I love Visalus but at $100 a month that is. But steep for me.  Anybody have any suggestions?

I like Premier Protein shakes. If you belong to Costco, they usually have the best prices.

Unjury Chocolate Splendor and Chicken Soup have been my go-to drinks since the early days.  Not the cheapest out there, but not the most expensive, earlier.  Look at drugstore.com for Syntrax products which, according to my price book page for protein drinks, has yielded some of the most affordable prices.

My favourite are the Total Lean by a GNC or the Oh Yeah! ones. Oh Yeah! come in a decent variety of flavours too.
