Monday weigh-in -- Tuesday edition :)
Everyone is doing great! I am not losing right now, but that is ok. Since my last surgery, i have put on about 10 real pounds. Not sweating that either though. I have this next surgery on 1-13-14 and then once recovered I will be back at the serious exercise and plan! I feel great and know that I am blessed!!!

Thanks for starting the thread I need to get back to accountability. I had food poisoning right before Christmas and once I was up to eating solid food again, it was a carb fest. Detox starts today!
