That's so great that you spent the day with family!
I was supposed to take a day trip to visit my Mom (2 1/2 drive) but mother nature had other plans earlier in the week with some crappy weather... so my husband and I decided to go tomorrow instead! Fingers crossed that the roads are clear the entire way!

I had to work but it really turned out to be an ok day...husb had to work as well. I ate better yesterday that i have in a couple of mos or so...I had a light n fit greek yogurt for breakfast, 3.2 oz of canned salmon in water(at work) w/a tsp of mayo and tsp of lite honey must dressing and for dinner 1.2 oz of tilapia...I managed a wedge of laughing cow lite and a sugar free popsicle. I never have room for that but I think I spaced it better than normal. Today lol i couldnt manage 1/4 of that.
It was nice tho not to be stuffed beyond sick, sleepy from food and disguisted with what I ate. I took time as well to revel in all of my blessings of the past year and think of more that I can do for others throughout the coming year.
I only weigh on Mondays so Im hoping the stall is over and im back on the way down. I did try on a top I bought off a used clothing site that came today. Its a large and I certainly dont wear a large lol. No stretch to it but it fit...a bit tight but wearable. Now to find some leggings that are snug/fit how leggings should fit...harder than id have imagined.
Thanks all,
tia
