Scale victory and non-scale defeat
My scale at home says I weigh 435. I sincerely doubt it's right because that would mean I lost almost 20 pounds in a week, but it still makes me feel good. It's the first time in a long time my scale has given me a weight and not an error message about exceeding the scale's capacity. I call that a real scale victory.
Non-scale victory/defeat? I can tell I'm losing weight... in my boobs. All in my boobs. Bummer.
Down is always good. Scale not fighting back is even better.
The boobs always seem to be the first to do. I'm down to tube socks, so I suspect they have given up all the fat cells they have to give. :-/
Good for you. And don't worry about the boobs. You can buy new ones when you reach your goal
