3 month labs + WATTLE
Today my nut emailed me to let me know that my labs were great, though my iron is a bit low (37 where 40 is normal and she wants to see 45). It's very comforting to know that all the vitamins I've gagged down, and all the food choices I've made are paying off.
Today I also discovered the beginnings of a turkey wattle under my neck. A WATTLE. I've already decided that I don't give a damn about the cosmetic aspects of loose skin--I've been married nearly 20 years and he doesn't care either. But a turkey wattle neck may not be acceptable. I'm hoping it will spring back a bit since I'm only 43 years old and never had a really fat face to begin with (just the one extra chin! ;) )
Yeah, good luck with that. I was 42 when I had surgery. My waddle did not go away
