Hi everyone,

I had a good week for weight loss, but my monthly number will be low because of my two-week stall earlier in the month.  I guess I've got to be happy for every pound lost and not worry too much about timing.

Last week - 243

This week - 240

Three pounds lost.  Soon the 230's!

I hope you all are having great weeks for weight loss and for life in general!

TW - 236.4

- 4.2 lbs

Hallelujah the stall is OVER! That 4.2 lbs lost has come since Friday lol.... what a way to break a stall, 4.2 lbs in 4 days... I will TAKE IT. I'm finally into the 230s (well into the 230s) at 236.4!

It seems like I'm now stalling for almost two weeks, then losing for two weeks, then stalling, then losing. Hopefully I can at least see a predictable pattern so that I don't go absolutely bonkers lol!

I hope everyone had a good weekend!

Nikki,

Congratulations on breaking into the 230's.  Hopefully, I'll join you there soon! Yes, those stalls are frustrating.  But you are doing great!

Yup, that stair-step thing becomes very noticeable when you've been doing this for a while.  It can drive one nuts, though.

Great job holding on during your stall!

Great job, Amanda.  We were about the same starting weight, and surgery weight.   And 60 pounds in 5 weeks is Amazing.

best wishes,

Carol

I'm pleased with that, but all of the loses came in the first half of the week. I had a carb-o-rific weekend, including my first post-op glass of wine, and I feel like I need to do a detox. Tomorrow I'm going back to my pre-op diet which was two protein shakes a day along with two small meals of 3oz of protein and some veggies. Hope to feel more in control by the weekend!

Anything under 140 is a bonus. I'll admit I am still obsessed with the scale.
