Monday Weight in
Hard to say. If you're like many of us the weight loss will slow the closer you get to goal, but as my husband says to me frequently, the numbers are the numbers. From what I calculated you would need to lose something like five pounds a week to reach 193 by the beginning of December. You would probably have to take a considerable calorie reduction to reach that, and that might mess too much with your success.
My advice would be to stick with what is obviously working for you and to let your surgeon be impressed with that. :)

I was feeling fat and frumpy this week and wondering if I needed to lose 10 more (I'm 5'7" and have been maintaining for 4 years now). But I got our cheer pics back today (I am my daughter's coach) so I used it to make a side-by-side pic to make me realize how far I have come and I feel better now
