My body and my scale sucks!!! They won't give me what I want!!!! The loss has been super slow lately.. and I'm starting to get the irrational thoughts in my head about never losing anymore weight. Ugh!
I'm working on dropping my calories a little bit (was creepy up towards 750-775 and I"m starting to get back into walking/attempt at running. Ugh! Maybe something will happen soon.....

It's frustrating when you've had weeks of losing 3-4 pounds, only to see it fall off somewhat! Still, it's down!
Have you changed the type of foods you've been eating or your fluids? I recently changed my chicken and my egg types to save some money on the grocery bill. Coincidentally I just stopped losing, so I wonder if my body had to adjust somehow. This morning, however, I woke up to another pound lost, so I guess I *****slapped it outta myself or something after all of my whining. :)

No... I've been eating the same things. 20-25 grams carbs.... 90-100 grams protein.... under 800 calories.... 100 oz of water. So... I know I'm doing what I'm supposed to... the scale and my body just wants to torture me I guess lol. I shouldn't get too concerned yet I guess... I'll give it some time and then REALLY start freaking out haha :)

Nah, just keep doing what you're doing. Might be water weight, might be a little too much salt (my personal demon in these postop days). We want what we want when we want it, though, especially from the scale! :)
