Good for you!! Are you taking your measurements? if not, take those once a month. During the losing phase it is common to still lose inches even when we are not losing on the scale.

Yes I am going to be checking my inches on sunday; I'm hoping that will fullfill my urge to see changes and keep me away from the scale until nov 2nd lol

I am curious to see my first results of inches lost next month. Even if the scale doesn't drop much but the inches do. That would be wonderful as well.

Today was day 5 of no weighing and I almost cracked.  It seems like when I have a bad day in general I want to weigh myself, because if I don't see good results which i normally don't when I weigh myself later in the day, then it's like I'm punishing myself and unconsciously it feels like I want to punish myself for some reason; am I the only crazy person here who thinks like this?
