Congratulations on breaking 250.  That's a big one!

Plus 115 pounds lost is excellent.  Good work!

Thanks soo much.  I am truly amazed by how much I've lost.  I hate though that my body seems to know when I am about to hit a personal milestone, like getting under 300 took awhile and then my weight loss picked up again, and then I just wanted to be under 250 cause to me that's sliding down the hill towards under 200 and of course my weight loss slowed this week lol, sometimes are bodies can be little jokesters lol

Can't seem to budge that pound off, much less keep going lower.  I really need to look things over and see what in the world I am doing wrong. My sleep has been atrocious lately due to stress, so I wonder if that is a factor.  Also kind of depressed to think that, even after all this, I will ultimately remain in plus sizes for the rest of my life rather than making it down to a misses' size.

I think sleep is always a huge factor. I'm so sorry you're not able to wear the sizes you'd like to yet. The first regular sized store I was able to shop at was Old Navy. They are pretty generously cut there. Maybe it would give you a boost to go buy a new fall sweater from there :)

Thanks for the idea about Old Navy.  I'm still learning where I might be able to buy clothes.

Nancy,

I def can understand your frustrations, but let me share something with you, that I have to remember a lot of the times.  We started at a similar weight and I have lost as much as you yet, but I have dealt with soo many times where I stall or the weight loss has slowed a lot and I start to worry that the weight loss will just stop and I'll be stuck in the 200's, but then I think of how far I've come.  Just think you use to be on the other side of the 300lbs sliding into 400 if you didn't do something.  That's amazing. You are in the 100's.  You no longer need to lose over a hundred pounds, you are soo close to goal and you will get there.  They say that sometimes are bodies need a rest and that's why the changes stall for awhile, but it will happen for you.  Be amazed and proud of how far you've come

Thank you so much for your take on this.  What you wrote helped me a lot.

I can't believe I have had two four pounds weeks in a row at this far out. I'm loving my sleeve and I hope that it keeps working as long as I keep working my program!
