I hear you! I do! There are days where I just have such a bad attitude... and I'm not sure why. Maybe it's a hormone thing... maybe I'm just tired!

Yeah, I thought about those being possible motivations for your being down.  My own attitude tanked yesterday afternoon for no discernible reason, so I'll blame being tired and (menopausal) hormones for mine. 

Your program is so good that you have room for some bad attitude, but just don't give up, hon.   You are a dazzling example of someone who is taking good care of herself and who takes her recovery and the rest of her life very seriously.

College starting back a few weeks ago has thrown a monkey wrench in my weight loss. I am eating different foods and more of them so its not like I can say I'm doing everything the same and its not working.  I need to get myself on a new schedule for eating or something.
