Scared

Think "COURAGOUS!"  That is what this whole thing is.  The first step is couragous!  The second, third and onward is couragous!  The surgery is extremely courageous.  All of this change is couragous.  This is how I got through much of  my anxiety about the process.  Congratulations on being courageous! 

I think those Spanx are horrible.  There are girdles of all sorts...do you shop at Catherine's?  Woman Within and Roaman's also has many different styles of girdles in large sizes.  My thinner friends can't even get in Spanx!!
