Hello to everyone, been a while since I posted...just been a pop in lurker
Surgery yesterday, bilateral thigh lift. Same doctor that did my panni did this surgery. I am not sure what it looks like since laying here in the hospital with bandages still on. I can say that I feels great to not have to hold my thighs up when going to the bathroom. That alone is a huge blessing with this surgery!!
I am thanking God, so far no bleed internally and also feeling pretty strong and good. May go home today! My weight is at 210 lbs and still working on it! I know that I can get under 200 lbs. I bust my butt and it can be done. Eating is always thinking about what's going in the mouth and am I burning what I need to.
This surgery tool is exactly what it is... One of my tools!
I love coming here and reading and keeping focus. I am still attending my once per month support group! This is great!!

I know I need to post more not just look! Going through the much needed surgeries and still not at goal for me... And seeing others make it sometimes I doubt I will get there! But I refuse to give up! Truely know the work will be life long and it is just taking me longer but still working it!

Hey! I missed seeing you around here. Im glad to hear you got the thigh lift done!
I had all my PS before i got to my goal, and i have to fight all those thoughts that tell me I will never get there. Right now Im struggling just to get back under 200 let alone the extra 30 lbs I will need to lose. But, we never give up so that's what makes a success - not whether we reach some magic number :)
