Smimhad my 5th diet/nutrition visit today and lost 5 more lbs - Woo Hoo!! So I just have 1 more visit and then everything will be sent to my insurance for final approval. I hope the approval process does not take too long!!

HW = 370

SW = 322

GW = 180

it took 3 business days for me to get my approval , most companies try to approve within 2 weeks
