So of course I am freaked out. I have been eating on plan and actually working out more than normal. Now, my weight does tend to fluctuate three pounds or so, but I am cutting out all nondairy or legume based carbs.

Hi everyone! I have been MIA these last few weeks. On Friday, July 26th, my husband's mom called us and said his father was being taken to a Hospice house and they didn't expect him to make it 24 hours. He had been sick and in the hospital for a week or so but we were surprised he had taken such a turn for the worst. We packed up really quickly and headed to his mom's house, about a 6 1/2 hour drive away. His father passed away that Sunday morning. We stayed the whole week with his mom and helped get the service together and all the details worked out. So.... I tried staying on plan but by the end of the week, I was exhausted and turned to carbs for comfort and energy. Then when we came back home, I had so much stuff to deal with being gone for over a week suddenly and I got pretty depressed.
Things have gotten better and I am feeling much better but my eating is still not on plan. I am going to really try hard today to eat exactly what I set out for myself. However, I have lost some weight in the past two weeks even though eating has been horrible. So here are my stats:
Three weeks ago: 246
Today's weight: 243.2

I stalled for most of the week, but dropped that 1.2 over the weekend. I'm hoping that I can do better this week. I've had more 40 carb days than 20 carb days lately, and I feel like I need to tighten that back down to hope to continue losing at the weight I have been. Hope everyone has a great week!

I missed last week so i'll include that too. Its been a weird week or so for me. I havent been hungry, constipation is still an issue, hit 4 mos post surg aand feel kinda strange in general...not physically. May be pmdd kicking in.
