Im down 16.5 lb since my sleeve was done on July 22 2 weeks and 1 day thats more than 1 lb a day

We're going at about the same rate - I'm down just over 20 at 2.5 weeks

(10 lbs the first 4 days, a bit slower since :D)

I had my first real food tonight egg salad , my plan calls for all food after 2 weeks but to start out slow with softer stuff
