I decided to go ahead and start this thread since I actually have a ton of work to do and won't be on for most of the day. Ugh, Mondays stink! :-(

Got back on track after last weekend's overindulgences and by Thursday, the weight was coming off again. Cravings have subsided and feeling good!

I have been drinking three shakes during the day and a healthy meal at night. after two days I was 200.2 but this morning back up. Frustrating. Not giving up. Can't. Still running 2-3 miles 4 times a week.

After last week's lousy loss, I'm encouraged by this week's. I'm just two weeks away from my six month surgiversary, so I'm terrified that my losses are going to come to a screeching halt. The six month mark is usually where I fall of the wagon on normal diets, too, so that's making me even more nervous. I'm trying to work through it with my therapist.

I've been as low as 289.2 which would have been a 3 lb loss, but I seem to be doing a dance with 289.8, 289.2, and now 290. I have been walking A LOT more lately, and sticking to the plan diligently, so I know that this mini (hopefully it's mini!) stall will pass. SO frustrating though!
Today marks 10 weeks out from surgery - woohoo!

Wow Kitty!! What an amazing job you are doing. I have been gone so long. Life has been so hard, unbearable. I wanted to check in with you all. I've lost a total of 203 pounds. Since surgery I've lost 124 pounds. Don't give up any of you, even with surgery this is not easy! I keep trying.

My goal is 140. People are starting to say I look too skinny! I can actually see my ribs and it makes me think, have I gone too far?! The surgeons goal is 140 and that would put me at a normal BMI. I have to wonder...is part of my weight skin?! Idk.
Happiegirl!! It is so good to see you on the forum! You have done an AMAZING job! I hope that things are getting better for you and that you are coping well. You are a total inspiration and you have come so far. I know that this past couple of months must have been so hard for you but I'm glad to see your smiling face again.
You'll find your set point and where your body wants to be. And, btw, I hate the BMI calculations. I will never be a normal BMI... I just dont have any desire to get that small. I have a large body frame and even at my skinniest at 18, I was barely in the normal range. So if you like 150 or 145, stick with that! Have a great day!
