tomorrow at noon I get my sleeve!  Been waiting since Feb 24, 2012, and it's finally here!

lost 95 lbs on my own in 19 months, let's see how well I do with some help!

GREAT GOING HOPEFULLY i WILL BE FOLLOWING YOU ON MONDAY  I just need to have the surgeon ok it tomorrow I had a rash this week than my pcp though might be a real mild case of shingles but he sent the surgeon an ok for surgery , but the surgeon wants to see it first , he is very cauous

Wow.  I can not imagine how excited you are after waiting for so long.   I can not wait to hear from you after surgery!!!

Here I am on the other side! I won't lie & say it hasn't been rough, cuz it has been - between pain & terrible wardmates in hospital, I'm very happy to be home - sleeping on my own bed was heavenly! Finally, some rest! I might even get to shower today if the incision where the drain was looks ok (wow, did that hurt to remove!).

Surgery itself apparently went well, and in spite of some difficulty in swallowing at first, I've managed my first two 'full liquid' meals - about 1/4 cup cream soup last night & 1/2 cup protein shake this am. Now back for another nap
