I'm not even half way to where I want to be (although I'm now more than half way to my surgeon's goal), but life has changed so much. I just went on a trip, and I didn't have to purchase an extra seat on the plane, didn't have to use a seat belt extender, and I could use my tray table! I was able to walk as much as I wanted, and one day, when I didn't have warm enough clothes, I was just able to pop into Target and guy some new ones. None of that would have happened at my highest, 363. I'm much healthier and have a much higher energy level, and I'm just getting started! You can do this :)

No more negative self-defeating records running on repeat in my head...or least a lot less.

More time to do whatever I choose to do because I am not constantly obsessing over food.

MORE ENERGY!!!

THRIFT.STORES. kiss

Playing hard with my children and loving it.

No more crunchy knees.

No more back pain.

Smaller boobs - but see above.

My shape

My jawline

My eyes look bigger

Random acts of generosity by people - I LOVE freebies!

Going hours and not thinking about food till my stomach grumbles. Priceless.

Honestly, at almost 5 years out it is amazing to just be living a normal life. I am so thankful everyday.
