It sounds like you are doing a fine job.
I have found thru trial and error on this blog that you cannot compare yourself to others. There are people on here who lose over 100 lbs in less than 6 months. I did not. Some people exercise some do not . Some weight train, some do not. Some are young and lose quicker than someone older. There are so many variables to weight loss. That's why it's referred to as a journey. Everyone's journey is different.
My advice is eat 80 gms of protein everyday.
Drink a lot of water.
Stay away from bad carbs as long as possible.
Exercise 5 days a week.
If you do this you will lose weight and inches.
I know it is hard not to be able to see the big pic right now. But I promise you; if you stay on plan as the months go by you will get smaller and smaller.
