Well last night was a 1st for me. I ate way to much !!  I did not think i had then  I stood up and the pain hit by the time I went to my living room I had to run outside, not enough time to make it to the bathroom. I now know what foamies are had that for like an hour after. I feel so stupid !!! after 6 months I do this. I know better, I knew better than when i was eating I ate bread with chicken. My God its so stupid even typing it.  The only good thing out of this is that my restriction is there I ate one chicken tender and a 1/4 of a slice of bread. sorry about the gross topic, but by posting this I feel like a closet smoker telling all !! please keep me in your prayers I have a very long way to go and I can't mess this up or ill die!

It happens to the best of us. Still happens at 2 years out Its a little wake up call to be more careful

I almost always get the foamies bc i eat too fast though, not bc of too much.

Forgive yourself and move on. We all make mistakes. It's those of us who learn this lesson and get right back on track who are the ones who lose the weight and keep it off. It was a big lesson for me to learn.
