Paradoxically I think I am not eating enough. Calories at 1000 most days and I just started c25k. However, my new job is also a bit stressful. Instead of stress eating I think I am stress undereating. Well, better than throwing back chow but I need to do better.

My loss has definitely been slow here in month four since surgery. I'm hoping it picks back up, but if I can consistently lose around 2 pounds a week, I'll still get where I'm going...eventually...

Currently maintaining around 152-155. Still hoping to actually SEE 150 on the scale, but at this point... whatever.

My double lumbar fusion is scheduled for July 31st, currently - hoping for a cancelation to get this over with.

Down eight lbs this week- went to the city and did a lot of walking (and a lot of housecleaning). We live at the beach and traded homes with friends who live in Portland. It was Rose Festival and there was a lot of good people watching downtown. Hope everyone is well and happy!
