Half of Me

well, today i have officially lost half of me.

i started at 452.5 and i am at 226.9. gracious, even as i type these words i cant believe they are about me.

i had stalled for bout 7 wks so it was nice to see the scales move again.

maybe some day those numbers will sink into this head of mine, until then, i struggle on. the battle is not over

Oooo fantastic!! I found out yesterday i may get the sleeve instead of the rny....i was concerned as i.had not researched it, and did not kno how effective it would be in comparison, it looks like you have been.very successful indeed!!!

thank you all. yes, it can be very successful

you just have to be sensible in your choices and remember it is a tool not a miracle.

however, alot of us have had great success so it is very possible
