Does anyone know of any exercises that might help me lose inches faster around my chest and upper torso area.  I know that no exercises can target lose in one specific area, but has anyone had any success doing certain exercises for this area?

Thanks

What about some resistance bands? I got some nice one at Marshall's fairly inexpensive.?found them in the men's section.... I am doing Aqua Zumba and have noticed a change in my chest , shirts are nagging a little . But you gotta work it against the water

exercise will not make you lose in any particular area , but will tone the muscles, making your chest look better

you should just increase all your exercise and lose everywhere

I would increase your cardio. An hour on an elliptical is a good use of your time.

I've had very good luck with pushups (chest, shoulders, arms) and punching a heavy bag (upper torso, waist). There are also medicine ball exercises that would help a lot with that area.

I have lost a lot of inches from aqua aerobics. You should work out in chest high water for the best work out.

Good Luck,

Sharon
