Boobs. To implant or not?

I have been large breasted for years and years. At my high weight I was a 48DDD and could have / should have worn a bigger size if Lane Bryant carried one. At my HW I would get quad boob if I bent over. I dreamed of small boobs. I wasn't prepared for no boobs or what a B seems like to me. Right now I'm a 34DD. My plastic surgeon told me I will barely be a B if I only do a lift and there will be no fullness/roundness. He will do just a lift if that is what I want. I thought I would easily be a C after the lift. Reality is I'm stuffing a lot of skin into those DD cups. I kind of like the size of my boobs now once they are stuffed into a bra and don't think I would be happy with barely a B. I never never thought I would be considering breast implants. I'm considering saline.
Those of you who have had a lift with or without implants. Please share.

I'm 99% sure I would do the same.
I haven't even had my procedure yet and I have already started a loose skin and plastic saving account. Cause I know it's gonna take me a couple of years to save for all the work I'm gonna need. I have to lose 225lbs.
I forsee implants in my future after they nip and tuck everything back in place.

I would definitely do the implants - even if they are small ones just to get the fullness and more of a natural loook. I am glad that I had implants done, but I would have been in a training bra without them :-p

Mine look very natural, feel natural, and short of the scars, no one would know I had implants (ive been felf up a few times since hehehe)

I wondered about that. The few people I know that have had implants I don't know near we'll enough to ask that.

Silkmedspa.com does breast enhancement with a fat transfer. It sounds really interesting and sounded like it may not be as invasive as regular plastics. Have no idea on price and realize you may not live in idaho, but thought this was a new cool technique and maybe you could find someone local if your interested, now that you know about it. That's why I sent the link. It's on eagle rd in boise idaho. In case you wanted another option.

My friend had hers done for a diff reason but lemme tell you what, when I get my plastics I'll be getting my boobs done. She let me look & feel. Absolutely beautiful, bouncy naturally, smallish (C), & So natural looking. I say go for it! But at the end of the day you do what you think's right

I understand where you are coming from COMPLETELY!!! Imagine being a DD most of my life and I go to buy a new BRA and get measured.  Yeah she says you are a 32 B. I almost fainted, What a B, no way, I have never been a B. I think I skipped from a training bra to a D. I have so much skin that if i had the chance to do implants I would be the first in line. My husband says he doesn't mind the sagy unattractive boobs but i know he would really enjoy the a nice full-C cup!!

Go for it girl, if you have the funds to do so!

I have enough in savings to cover the plastic surgery. It will mean I will drive my paid off 07 car for a few more years to replace the savings but I'm good with that.

I don't like my body's silhouette when I'm wearing a sports bra and everything is smooshed up against my rib cage and kind of flat. This is what I think will be left if I don't get implants. Implants aren't something I ever thought I would want so I'm just having to rethink what I want.
