Loss 5.8 lbs.  Had a horrible week last week.  I officially dumped for the first time on Wed.  Though that I was dying for sure.  Even the next day I felt terrible.  Had an appointment with the dietician as well as the APN. 

I am almost 8 weeks pregnant.  I was surprised but now I know why I have felt nauseated. Im trying to be positive about everything.  I figure God works in mysterious ways.

I hope everyone has a fantastic week.  Seems the weather is getting better here.

I'm so unhappy with my panni. If anything the additional 6 pound loss has made it worse. I had it in my head that if I just lost more the panni would get better. I don't know why I told myself this because the plastic surgeon told me it wouldn't. Maintenance scares me but I've got to figure it out.

I've ordered the FitBit Flex. It should be here Wednesday. I have a clip on FitBit tracker but I tend to only wear it part of the day becuae I often forget to clip it to my waistband. I'm more motivated to walk when I see the steps/distance I've gone. The Flex is worn on the wrist and will sync data to my phone.

Down 6 pounds this week and am exactly two weeks out from surgery. That makes 16 lbs in 14 days...I'm just waiting for that first stall to come LOL

The goal this week is to get off my shrinking butt and exercise now that I'm going back to work!!!

Not worried about what looks like 3lbs.  Pretty sure its all water.  I cycled for 2.5 hours yestereday and a wt gain always happens after my long runs and cycling on a hot day.  Got to work on staying hydrated, that will help.  I still hate to see it on the scale, though.
