...went about how I figured... although I wasn't as nervous as I thought... full run down on my personal blog:

Good for you!! Plastics is the fun part. I started with my arms, then had my lbl/bl. Definitely worth every penny.

Thanks for sharing. I don't know why but plastics scare me. I mean, what the heck for? I have a ten inch hysterectomy scar; why didn't that worry me but plastics do? So now I like to live vicariously through others. Lol.
I haven't gone to a consult but I am thinking about it if only for my breasts. I have bsck and neck pain because they are still large and they pull at me. DH dislikes the thought of a reduction but I dislike the thought of a backache forever.

Great info - thanks!

When I saw it was from you, I HAD to read it - you're like my twin in terms of preop size & shape! Most of my weight is in my stomach too, although there's a ton in my boobs & a chunk in my thighs - with 80lbs gone (preop) I can really see sagging in those areas already.

If you meet certain criteria, panni & breast reduction are covered here - the rest is self-pay; I'm pretty sure I'll meet the criteria, given that I've had the rashes etc for decades

So I know I'll be getting those done at least!

great blog.  thanks for the all informative details, I am one who appreciates to hear it.

I'm surprised your insurance wont pay more since you're having issues such as breakdown, etc.   hmmm

Yeah, that was just his "in general" and I seriously doubt my insurance would cover it... I'm sure when the time actually comes, we'll try though :)

Love the blog!!  I keep thinking about it.   Like everyone else I need to save my pennies, but right now there are just other things I am enjoying.  Plus I have a HUGE monster fear that I wont get back on the workout bus if I am out for a long period of time.  I am looking forward to that part of your journey!  Sorry about the fusion part!!! Yikes!

Girl, You make me laugh. As I read the experience, I knew I would feel the exact same way if it were me. Candy, all I can say is you are amazing and I am so happy for your loss and this amazing journey you are still embarking on. Hugs my dear! Sharon
