Pre-Op 5% weight loss
I lost 20 pounds pre-op in 2 weeks by doing a protein shake for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch and 3 oz of protein and a cup of steamed veggies or salad and LC no-fat dressing. No fat! Low carb! :) I ate SF popsciles like they were going out of style and drank broth and drank water like a fish.

Granted, I gained 5 of those pounds in the weeks before surgery, but all tha****er weight whooshes off quickly. The first week was pretty amazing, most of it came off in that first week. I started at 375 (60 BMI) so it was expected. I stayed to the letter though while doing it. It was hard, but worth it.
