I've weighed 133 or less for the past week. I weighed 133 yesterday. I'm still figuring out maintenance and how to increase calories from healthy foods instead of calories from eating crap.

I know I haven't eaten enough to gain two pounds so I am not sweating this. Plus I started my couch to 5k today AND my new job, so I am feeling chock-full of awesome.

Hi Everyone,

It's been a good week!  First stall broke on the morning of what would have been the 9th day...thankfully.  I know others thing different but I consider it a waste of precious time. 

I've been quiet on here but i dont like typing on my phone.  My lap top came in so i will be more vocal i'm sure!

I am finally able to drink liquids better tho still not at the 64oz min.  I'm still substituting lactaid milk w/some protein added in for breakfast and 1-2oz for lunch and dinner.  I'm not feeling the hunger which im glad about...feel satisfied to full which is why the liquids are still an issue.  It'll get better. 

I had my surgery on 4/10/13 so I just hit my 2 mos mark.  I am thrilled with my results so far.  Maybe its head issues or being a prior band pt. but in my head, i feel i should have lost more since I started the day of surgery at 350.  Again, I'm very thrilleed and blessed.

I did my measurements at 30 and 60 days post op.  I measure wrist, top legs, top arms, calves, boobs, waist and hips.  I'm down a total of 34 inches and 55 lbs as of today.

I had a rough first 4 weeks for sure!  Howeverr, since i turned that corner its been pretty flowy/easy.  I still cant tolerate eggs or spicy things, even black pepper and shrimp sit like lead in my stomach so those are out too. I'm not released to meat yet or much in the way of veggies, not that i have any room.  Im not sure how i'll fit them in without depleting my protein but i'll try.

I have a bit more energy which is nice and my husby and i started going to the gym.  I'm boring tho...treadmill and arm machines since my arms are so weak.  Husby is a great help tho and keeps me going.  We're only at 2-3 times a week but it works for me for now.

I'm a little late to the party because I was out of town and didn't get bac****il yesterday.  Weighed in this morning and was very surprised.

LW: 267

TW: 262.6

-4.4 pounds

Yesterday, I weighed in at 264 on the scale in the hotel gym and I did good most of my day but then last night I really wanted Mexican and my husband (who doesn't care for Mexican) caved to my begging and took me to my fave restaurant.  I ate some chips and an enchilada so I thought for sure I would be up today. Very strange... my total is 99.4 pounds lost now... Hopefully next week I will be under the century mark!
