I had to get on and off the scale about 5 times this morning. I haven't seen the 270s on the scale in a long long time. This whole week I stayed the same but this weekend, the numbers started going down again! Thank goodness!

Had just got back from vacation with a 1 lb gain. So happy to be in the 320's!
I am stuck again after shedding the last 15 lbs in April.........dammit! I am good with it though.
I saw a psychiatrist last week and he put me on a pill called Strattera. It is not a mood elevator and it makes me forget about food. The bad part is I cannot sleep more than 5 hours on it. We are trying it since I have been dealing with not being motivated to do anything.....except exercise. That I can do all day, everyday. I've been out of work a year and have no desire to even think about going back to work full-time.
Hopefully this and the therapy I begin today gets me back on track.

I had to stare at the scale to make certain I wasn't imagining it. I even made DH weigh himself to see if the batteries were dying. Then I went downstairs and took my measurements. After all that dithering, I established that yes, I really did lose weight. Ordinarily I am not so obsessive but I haven't seen the 170s since high school, which was a LONG time ago!

Considering my weekly calorie avg was 1100, all I can is **** you to the scale. There's no way I'm gaining weight...I know my sodium intake was off the charts the last two days so I almost deserve to see the scale go up (and give me a little push to stay away from these processed foods but hey- one demon at a time)
Unfortunately for me, i woke up with horrible back pain this morning despite having been in PT for a couple weeks now. I guess I wont be working out much this week. I'd realllllly just like to get under 200 lbs again so I can stop freaking out about it.

I was completely on plan, but my stupid body is stalled again. I gained and relost the same pound all week. I returned to Zumba on Saturday and hope to go three more times this week, so hopefully that will help push me out of the 280s. I was 280 for a long time about 8 years ago, so I know my body likes this weight. But, we need to move on!
