4 days ago I was 202. Every single day my weight was going up. I started taking my medication and yesterday it all came off. This is crazy!
Hope you are having a good week! I am slowly starting to feel better. A lot of the compulsions are gone. Still anxious but better. I would sleep all day but that my body will get used to! Love my medication!!!

I am supposed to be in maintenance....but it has been difficult for me and a huge adjustment that I am still trying to sort out. The freaking awesome weather had me out and about enjoying the sunshine with my kids and family and just over all in general and I think the added walking just did me in with my inability to stuff in enough calories.
I lost big time this week when I was trying to maintain or even gain some....I know that's not a battle everyone is facing or has had to face but it's exasperating and frustrating to me.
SW - 390
LW - 135.4
CW - 129.2
So I lost 6.2 pounds this past week....somehow and it's very discouraging.
Hang in there! It seems like maintenance is a really tricky thing to figure out and can take awhile. Even though I'm so far from being in maintenance... I worry about finding that balance. You're amazing!

maybe you need to start counting calories and getting a minimum in. Do you have a maintenance plan from your surgeon?
I do count calories, every day, and I am also on a maintenance plan....BUT I am also training to run a half marathon and the exercise combined with just the weather getting better and getting out more is bumping up my need for more calories and I just can't get it in. I can't do nuts, nut butters, seeds, etc. because of my daughters deathly allergies soooooooo.....I am trying to find calorie dense foods in other ways.

If you are training you will probably need to add carbs to keep from losing. How many carbs are you having per day? I'd up that and your fat intake.
