You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

My only goal this week is to stay far far away from cookies, cakes, pretty much any sugary/fatty desserts. It's been a big problem for me lately, and a huge trigger.
Ideally, I will keep my calories around 1200/day but if I eat more (and its protein), I wont count it as a "failure".
