Hello and thank you for posting! You are doing fabulous and the thing that hit to me in your posting is the phrase "i know that I will have some more ups and downs along the way but no worries I will not stay down long..." Way to go on your weight loss!! You are so spot on when you speak of the ups and downs. I know that you will not stay up for long as you are going down!!! Life is all about ups and downs. With regards to our weights there will ALWAYS be the ups and downs and downs and ups it is just the way ALL BODIES ARE! WE are learning how to work with those ups and downs and to be more mindfull and aware and to actually put actions in the outcomes we want. It is all alot of work and hey coming back to the supports around us in great! Keep up your great work! You are success!

MAKE IT A GREAT DAY!!         SHERRIE <3
