You are not going to believe it because i cannot believe it. I lost 10.7 lbs last week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I stopped the high protein insanity and instead gave up dairy, caffeine, wheat, corn, soy, and sugar. The first 4 days i was in bad withdrawal. The hardest change for me has been the caffeine and dairy. Fortunately after 5 days, the fog and the headache left and I woke up last Friday feeling awesome.
I got the idea by reading The Fast Metabolism Diet by Haylie Pomroy. I knew my metabolism was not working. Who can eat like a bird, subsist on protein shakes and work out 1-2 hours a day and not lose weight? ME! When i read that my body was cannibalizing the muscles I was working so hard to create because I was starving myself, I knew immediately this was my problem. I followed her diet to a "T" and the weight melted off. Everyday I lose something.

OMG!!! Sharon, that's amazing! I am so happy for you, I know you have been struggling these past few weeks with your stall. Sometimes it just takes a total drastic change to get our bodies moving again. I am curious about the diet so I'll have to look up what it is and what you are allowed to eat. I haven't ever heard of it. I'm so glad its working for you though and that you are excited again about your weight loss.

I'm actually up a few pounds from that 151, but since it's all swelling related to my back injury, I'm not counting it. I haven't gotten on the scale in a couple of days because I know it's bad. Had 2nd injection today. Loopy, sore and in pain. Sick of pain. SICK OF IT.
