Yes, I did it!!
Well, I finally hit the 100 pounds lost goal. Yes!!
My mind really played into the struggle to get there. I was eating bits of things, while cooking or passing through the kitchen, that I didn't really want. I am back to documenting my intake on Fitness Pal and trying to drink more water! I would like to get down at least another 50 pounds but I will see where this journey takes me.
CONGRATS!!! That is awesome! I have 100 pounds set for my goal and I can't wait to reach it. I am in the same boat as you, my main goal is to lose 150 pounds and then after that, I'm not sure where I want to be. I'm sure we will figure it out as we go and I think our bodies can tell us sometimes when it's reached its best weight.
