Candy I am so happy for you.

Your post helped me so much today. Tomorrow is my one year surgiversary and I am a bit down that I did not reach my goal weight.

But you reminded me that 12 months is not a game-changer and I still can be successful if I stay in the game. My husband told me the same thing yesterday but hearing it from someone who did it makes me so happy. It reminds me I can do this.

God bless you.

Hugs,

Sharon
