Okay so I weighed in at the surgeon's office on 4-1-13 and I think I weighed either 344 or 354. Well I weighed today and I'm 333 and I'm pre-surgery. I'm trying to start losing weight now and toning up because I want the surgery to go well. I start my liver shrink diet on 5-1-13.

That's great! Any weight you lose pre-surgery just puts you closer to goal. Keep up the awesome work and surgery time will be here before you know it!
