1st surgiversary - x post
What a difference a year makes. My high weight when I started the insurance approval process was 335. My surgery weight was 291.2. Today’s weight is 138.2. I’ve lost 153 pounds since VSG and 197 pounds from my high weight. I wanted to lose 200 pounds by today. I didn’t make that goal but made my goal of my maintenance weight of 138 pounds a couple of weeks ago.
To celebrate my surgiversary I did a BOD POD today.
% FAT 20.7 %
% FAT FREE MASS 79.3 %
FAT MASS 28.687 lb
FAT FREE MASS 109.600 lb
