Loss? lol not really.  Two weeks ago I was at 177.5.  Still it was mostly water retention like I said.  I need to cut out the snacking crap I've been doing.  At least I'm trying to log it.  Still at around 800 calories and under 40 carbs.  Goal?! lol I already think I should change it to 148...but we will see when I get to 160. 

OMG!!! The skin it looks like I'm melting...still I'm not embarrassed one bit...even at the gym I'm like yea this is my body!  I was 351 pounds! I don't care!!!! lol.

Well it was a busy weekend and I had dinner at our hockey banquet and keep my eating good.  I have chicken with some sauce, that scrapped off, 3 small halved roasted potatoes, carrotts, and cucumber slices and i took one small nib on a whole wheat dinner roll.  Also last week was aunt flow so I am happy to be done with the bloat.  Hope everyone has a great week.  I just started a new position at work today and things are good.

LW: 284.2

TW: 279.6

Yah! 4.6 lbs.  My upper thighs are jiggly.  Oh well.

So, that's 6 pounds in a week. LOL! BUT really, just 1 pound down from my lowest. Lots of swelling has gone down so that helps. Not sure if it was the injection yesterday or just finally getting enough sleep again. I'll take it. Hey, that's the lowest I've seen in 3 weeks, so yippee!
